This blouse is one of my favorite summer projects. I love how the soft satin yarn drapes beautifully, and the colorful embroidery makes it truly unique. It was a joy to knit, but the best part was adding the final, personal touch.

The Knitting Process
I started by knitting both the front and back pieces of the blouse exactly the same way. I cast on 94 stitches and knit one row in garter stitch for the hem. Then, I continued in stockinette stitch until each piece measured about 30 cm. For the armhole shaping, I decreased one stitch from both sides every two rows for about 14 cm, until the pieces were the correct size. I finished each piece with a garter stitch row before binding off.
For the sleeves, I started with 60 stitches and worked a garter stitch hem. To shape the sleeve, I increased one stitch on both sides every two rows until I had the desired width. I then knit straight until the sleeve reached its full length.
After all the pieces were complete, I sewed the body and sleeves together. For a beautiful finish, I crocheted lace borders around the cuffs, neckline, and hem.
The Finishing Touch
The last step was the most enjoyable part for me: adding the embroidery. I used my imagination and stitched beautiful floral motifs and patterns with colorful embroidery floss. The delicate, hand-stitched details really brought the blouse to life and made it feel special.
