When we hear from our relatives or friends that they have a baby, we, as knit-lovers, immediately plan to knit or crochet something new for the baby. At each ball of yarn, at each stitch, we live the same beautiful feelings when we present the gift. Knitting, or crocheting for a baby is an extra joy. Every baby on this earth is a hope, a new start for the world.
It is not so difficult to decide what to make for babies. Because we have so many choices; a blanket, a vest, a beret, a baby scarf, a jacket and many more things…
The 2 pcs suit you can see below was knit with sateen yarn and no. 4 knitting needles. Plain knitting, ribbing (1X1), and star stitch knitting techniques were used for this beautiful model. Star stitch technique can be shortly described so; we are taking three stitches together like we will knit, but we do not knit. We take three stitches from the same point out. We continue with the back side with what we see.
